“I just want to say that we experienced trouble during our self check-in at Hesperia and having our TV working in our 1 bedroom suite. However, through both of these Jomari was there to help us get through the issue. Jomari went above and beyond her role to ensure that guests including us are taken care of. She definitely followed up until we were satisfied with our rooms amenities. I noticed that she also takes care of the other guests issues. Kudos to Jomari. Hyatt needs more employees like her. Thank you to Jomari and the technicians that helped us with our TV issues.”
“The room were spacious and comfortable, BUT there’s an additional fee to service the room if staying for less than 4 days. They have a kiosk in the lobby for checking in but not very helpful. Had to walk across to the Hyatt for help checking in and attaining room key.”
